(3+1) is located on the ground floor of the apartment house

Southwest apartment named after the banjo player of the music band "Mrzkani" , is placed on the ground floor of our apartment house.  It is furnished by one double bed and one bunk bed.  There is also fully equipped kitchen including sink, stove with two cooking ranges, microwave oven, water can and refrigerator which is situated in the entry hall of the room.  The room has its own bathroom with floor heating, TV/SAT and own terrace.
